EV has therefore prepared a one page sheet which sets out the case as succinctly as possible, and lists 5 possible reasons to object. Feel free to use any of this material when writing your objection – but bear in mind that it always looks better if you can put it into your own words.

Does anyone know how much rent they are looking for the 250 year lease?
No! The Council treats this as commercially confidential. However, EV has submitted an FoI request for them to produce the info and we await the outcome.
NB too, that late yesterday EV was contacted by the Council o say they are extending the consultation period until 9 Feb to enable the information to be released and digested.
